We conduct mediation and arbitration training, hold a variety of trainings for continuing education for attorneys, human resources professionals, and union leadership. For over 40 years, we have hosted the Lou Manchise Labor-Management Conference.

The Center for Economic Analysis & Development engages in economic analysis and business research, conducting high quality, objective research on issues related to the current and future economic well-being of businesses and communities in the NKY/Greater Cincinnati region and throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Every year, CEAD hosts the Mid-Summer Symposium, a half-day conference to delve into an aspect of the region's economic trends.
The Center for Economic Education is established to improve the quality and quantity of economic instruction at all grade levels and to promote economic literacy in the community. The center hosts a number of programs, including the CEE Pathfinders, the Kentucky Personal Finance Challenge Competition and the Future in Focus Career Camp. Through the CEE, area high school teachers are trained in our FLC 101 curriculum, a dual credit course for high school students.
