Established in 2014, the Haile Fellows Program is an intensive mentorship initiative designed to cultivate both technical and soft skills essential for thriving as an underÂ鶹ÊÓƵAV student and young professional. Our program transcends traditional task-oriented programs or academic exercises. We invest in students, empowering them to think critically, innovate boldly, and solve real-world problems. Our program fosters a collaborative and stimulating environment where participants engage in meaningful discussions, exchange groundbreaking ideas, and forge lifelong connections.

Program Size and Expectations

• Cohort size: 2-5 students
• Participants should:
  • Demonstrate varied experiences and class standings
  • Show commitment to working with colleagues
  • Maintain a growth mindset and curiosity
  • Actively engage in all program activities and events
  • Complete required readings and video assignments
  • Provide reflections on their experiences

How Haile Research Fellows Benefits You

Am I Eligible to Be a Haile Research Fellow?  

To be eligible, candidates must:

• Be enrolled as a student at the Haile College of Business
• Actively participate in the Haile Research Lab
• Be curious about research
