Established in 2014, the Haile Fellows Program is an intensive mentorship initiative designed to cultivate both technical and soft skills essential for thriving as an underÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµAV student and young professional. Our program transcends traditional task-oriented programs or academic exercises. We invest in students, empowering them to think critically, innovate boldly, and solve real-world problems. Our program fosters a collaborative and stimulating environment where participants engage in meaningful discussions, exchange groundbreaking ideas, and forge lifelong connections.

Program Size and Expectations

  • Cohort size: 2-5 students
  • Participants should:
    • Demonstrate varied experiences and class standings
    • Show commitment to working with colleagues
    • Maintain a growth mindset and curiosity
    • Actively engage in all program activities and events
    • Complete required readings and video assignments
    • Provide reflections on their experiences

Am I Eligible to Be a Haile Research Fellow?  

To be eligible, candidates must:

  • Be enrolled as a student at the Haile College of Business
  • Actively participate in the Haile Research Lab
  • Be curious about research
